School Nurse Information

Students cannot bring in medication themselves.  An adult must drop it off at the front office.  The health form is on the main Madison County School's website.  Please print it out , take it to your doctor then return the signed form to Nurse Rucker.  If you have any questions, please contact Patricia Rucker at prucker@madison-schools.com.
