Registration Information

Welcome to Mannsdale Elementary School

1. What to bring and expect on registration day?
MES requests that you come alone to limit the number of people on campus, wear a mask during the process and bring your own pen.
Be sure to bring the following documents:
 
  • Student's certified birth certificate (original)
  • Student's Mississippi Immunization Form 121 (original from your doctor's office)
  • Student's Social Security Card (copy)
  • Proof of residency (copy of mortgage document, filed homestead exemption, property deed, property tax notice, closing statement, or current lease agreement)
  • One (1) current utility bill (copy of gas, water, electric, cable, or internet bill) showing residence property address
  • Signed Affidavit of Residency
